The KapStone Longview box plant is adjacent to the mill site, one hour north of Portland, Oregon, and two hours south of Seattle, Washington. KapStone Longview offers a diverse collection of converting capabilities for corrugated and solid fiber products. From plain one-color cartons to value-added six color direct process print packaging, the plant is well equipped to supply packaging requirements to the Pacific Northwest market. KapStone Longview can economically supply a full spectrum of solid and liquid bulk tote containers, solid fiber products and sheets.
The KapStone Longview plant is equipped with on-site design, graphics, and box testing capabilities. Comprehensive testing services are provided and the certified lab provides International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) testing and includes both low and high humidity conditioning rooms, a transit simulator (4,000 lb.), an incline-impact tester (4,000 lb.), a drop tester (4,000 lb.) and a compression tester with a capacity of 50,000 pounds.
