Our bulk boxes are created using specially designed equipment which allows production in numerous combinations of fluting or laminated layers to meet virtually any requirement. Utilizing up to six layers of corrugated board, this unique manufacturing process allows for compression values as high as 40,000 pounds without internal supports of any kind, and also incorporates 100% visual inspection before unitizing and shipment.

We also manufacture bulk packaging boxes using Steel StackT, a proprietary and cost effective flute engineering design which provides significantly higher performance levels with reduced fiber requirements. This proprietary product conserves resources and reduces carbon footprint when compared to traditional package design. Because of the reduced weight and fiber usage, superior performance is achieved, including reduction in product damage, fewer returns, lower shipping costs and reduced material cost. We also deploy a unique process that pre-breaks all of the scores of the bulk box, enabling easy setup for plant personnel and assembly cost savings.
